MTLF Support Structure

Sustaining Supporters - $10,000

• Three-year commitment of support for MTLF
  (payable annually or in one payment) 
• Sustaining supporters receive waivers of registration fees for two individuals at each MTLF Forum, plus discounted registration for additional attendees.

Annual Supporters - $2,500-$15,000 per year

• National Trade Associations - $15,000
• Medical Device Firms (large) - $15,000
    *  (small) - $5,000
• Regional/Secondary Trade Associations - $ 5,000
• Professional Societies - $ 5,000
• Secondary Professional Societies - $2,500
     *  (members generally belong to a primary society and also participate in additional groups)
• Academic/Research Institutions - $ 5,000
• At Large (consulting firms, venture capital, others) - $ 2,500

Annual supporters receive one registration fee waiver per MTLF Forum, plus discounted registration for additional attendees.

Sponsors

• Organizations may choose to serve as a sponsor for a particular forum event. Sponsorships range from $5,000 - $15,000 per forum. Sponsors receive waivers of registration fees (1-2 depending on level of support) and recognition in event materials.
